Cristal is a registered pharmacist in the State of Florida and the founder of Palm Beach Functional Health.  She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2000, and has been a practicing pharmacist ever since.  She also earned her certificate in Functional Medicine from the American Academy of Functional Health.  While helping patients with their prescriptions, Cristal realized that many people with chronic conditions continue to get worse despite taking medications.  This spawned her passion for Functional Medicine which helps find the root cause of disease, instead of just treating the symptoms.  So now she is an online functional medicine pharmacist, helping people get better, naturally.

A wife, mother of four, and avid endurance athlete, Cristal loves spending time outdoors.  She likes to swim, run, and especially bike.  She also loves to spend her free time at the beach, and enjoys following new developments in natural medicine research.
