"I’ve lived with pain for about half my life due to a motor cycle accident 27 years ago.  Neuropathy and general aches and pains have been a way of life. Recently, they have been getting worse—Spreading pain and inflammation. I also ended up with proximal hamstring tendinitis from running which set my race plans way back.

I had a race recently that I could not defer and didn’t think I would be able to run it. Without proper training and still having tendon pain up to 5 miles, I took on a half marathon. I expected to be set back for weeks and start back at mile one.  I had accepted this consequence.

Instead, I am no worse off than before I ran the race. It is unbelievable to me and I know I owe it to Cristal.
